Article VII - Connection Charge

7.00 The Connection Charge (Tap Fee).
The Connection Charge shall be as set from time to time by the Board of Directors and reflected in Appendix F.
  1. Zone 1: See Appendix F.
  2. Zone 2: No taps available
7.01 The Connection Charge (Tap Fee).
The Commercial Connection Charge shall be as set from time to time by the Board of Directors and reflected in Appendix F.

Any request for a water tap in excess of 1" must be approved by the Board of Directors after evaluation by the District’s hydraulic model.

7.02 Water Connection Charges Prior to May 10, 2006.
Summary for water connection charges for subdivisions approved prior to May 10, 2006 (See Appendix F).
7.03 Meter Flow Standards.
Meter flows are based on AWWA standards and may vary due to the distribution systems hydraulics.
