Article IV - Board Meetings

4.00 Regular Meeting.

Regular meetings of the Board shall be held once each month at a time and place established by resolution and duly posted by the Board. A copy of the resolution shall be attached to the By-Laws as Appendix A.

4.01 Notice of Meetings.

Notice of regular meetings shall be given by posting copies of the time and place of the meeting in at least three public places within the limits of the District and, in addition, on the bulletin board and in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder at the Court House at Pueblo County, Colorado, in accordance with C.R.S. 32-1-903. Such notice shall remain posted and shall be changed in the event that the time and place of the meeting is changed by a majority vote of the Board of Directors.

4.02 Special Meetings.

Special meetings of the Board may be called upon three days notice by any Board member. Notice of such meeting shall contain the date, time, and place of the special meeting and the purpose for which it is called. The notice shall be posted as provided in 4.01 at least three days prior to the meeting.

4.03 Open Meetings.

All meetings of the Board, other than executive sessions, shall be open to the public.

4.04 Executive Sessions.

Business transacted at executive sessions shall be limited to legal and personnel matters which are exempted form requirements of public disclosure by the laws of this State or the United States. An executive session may be held only at a regular or special meeting of the District and only upon the announcement by the District to the public of the topic for discussion in the executive session and the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the entire membership of the body after such announcement.
