The Board of Directors of the St. Charles Mesa Water District has authorized the following policy change on February 10, 2021.
When an account is delinquent a notice will be sent to the address identified by the account number. The notice will provide the delinquent amount and the date the payment is due. The District will not provide any further notice. The meter will be disconnected the day after the due date.
The District will charge $100 for reconnection of a meter shut off from delinquent account.
