Please take notice that the St. Charles Mesa Water District has updated its Water Regulations concerning marijuana. Moratorium on large users in Zone II: Beginning Nov. 8th, there will be no more large commercial users approved from water service in Zone II. Unless according to resolution 2017-6 part a, b and c are complied with.
New additions (5.08 and 5.09) in the Water Regulation
St. Charles Mesa Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
