7.00 The Connection Charge (Tap Fee).

The Connection Charge shall be as set from time to time by the Board of Directors and reflected in Appendix F.

7.01 The Connection Charge (Tap Fee).

The Commercial Connection Charge shall be as set from time to time by the Board of Directors and reflected in Appendix F.

Any request for a water tap in excess of 1" must be approved by the Board of Directors after evaluation by the District’s hydraulic model.

7.03 Meter Flow Standards.

Meter flows are based on AWWA standards and may vary due to the distribution systems hydraulics.
